Can you work while the building is in use?
Yes. Most of our refurbishments are in occupied buildings. We phase the work, agree access and working hours, and keep work areas separated, clean and secure.
Can you work in school holidays?
Yes. We regularly programme washroom and classroom works for school holidays so everything is finished and clean for the start of term.
Do you handle the electrical and mechanical work?
We coordinate the mechanical and electrical trades as part of the job, so you have a single contractor responsible for the whole refurbishment.
Do you take on small refurbishments?
