Commercial New Build

Refurbishment & Fit-out
We refurbish working buildings, often while they stay in use. Careful phasing, clean and secure work areas and clear communication keep schools, clinics and offices running while we work.

Maintenance & Minor Works
We're a Stage One Approved Supplier on the NHS North of England Commercial Procurement Collaborative (NOE CPC) Minor Works Trades and Associated Services Dynamic Purchasing System for 2025 to 2029. We carry out planned and reactive minor works for healthcare, local authority and education clients.

Dilapidations
At the end of a commercial lease, reinstatement has to be right first time. We price and carry out works against the schedule of dilapidations and work alongside landlords, tenants and their surveyors, so the property is handed back on time and to the agreed standard.
