Keeping public buildings working
We're a Stage One Approved Supplier on the NHS North of England Commercial Procurement Collaborative (NOE CPC) Minor Works Trades and Associated Services Dynamic Purchasing System for 2025 to 2029.
That approval means NHS trusts and other public bodies using the DPS can appoint us through an established procurement route. We carry out planned and reactive minor works for healthcare, local authority and education clients across Yorkshire.
Minor works is about reliability as much as building skill. Estates teams need a contractor who answers the phone, turns up when agreed, works safely around staff, patients and pupils, and leaves the area clean and ready to use.
We're a Leeds-based team with our own site staff and plant, so we can move people to where they're needed without waiting on a long chain of subcontractors.

Do you only work for the NHS?
No. We carry out minor works for schools, academy trusts, local authorities, landlords and commercial clients too.
Do you take on reactive repairs?
Yes. Call us with the problem and we'll arrange to make it safe and agree the permanent repair with you.
Can you work around patients, pupils or the public?
Yes. Much of our work is in occupied healthcare and education buildings. We follow the site's rules, segregate our work areas and plan disruptive work for quieter times.
